Brad joined Roberts Electrical Contracting in 2016. He has an extensive 20-year career in sales, and business management. As President, Brad plays an instrumental role in company growth, operations, and implementing company policies. He is responsible for managing the operations of several residential projects at a time, including bidding, estimating, invoicing, and scheduling.
He oversees a team of several Operational and Project Managers and collaborates directly with the customer during the pre-construction process to develop and ensure budgets are accurate and comprehensive. He value engineers projects to meet budget specifications and ensures plans are in line with the project goals. Brad’s focus on superb customer service coupled with his emphasis on positive team culture makes him an impactful leader within the company.
