Multi-Family Foreman

Job Description:

As foreman you will be working on the jobsite. In this supervisory role you will oversee a team of experienced and novice electricians while working on site. You will collaborate and work directly with the Project Manager to ensure the project is completed on budget, and in line with its specific goals. You must have the ability to multitask, be a positive leader and have great customer service traits. You are responsible for providing the highest level of professionalism and customer service in the industry.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience running large Multi-Family jobsites 
  • Communication Skills and Detail Oriented
  • Code Knowledge
  • Reliable and punctual with positive attitude
  • Take pride in your work
  • Able to read blueprints and follow Specifications

Qualifications:

  • Colorado Journeyman Electrician Certification Required
  • Solid working knowledge of commercial and residential electrical systems required

Essential Functions:

  • Arrive at job sites on time
  • Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Conduct all work to the very best of your ability, as if it were your own home/business
  • Notify Project Manager immediately if plan needs to be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Follow specifications on blueprints/diagrams/technical drawings for installations
  • Conduct all repairs and installations according to code
  • Utilize safety equipment and follow all safety regulations and guidelines
  • Maintain a neat and organized work environment
  • See that all tools and equipment are functioning properly at the beginning of shift
  • Report any issues to management
  • Required to use and monitor daily your company email

Apprentice Electrician

Job Description:

As a Team Apprentice you’ll have the opportunity to build a promising career and be a valued member of a collaborative professional team. You will work directly with other Team Members and Project Managers. Your essential functions will vary depending on your trade experience and skill set. Below is an example of essential functions for an apprentice with 1 year of trade experience. We do have open positions for all experience levels.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Communication Skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Reliable and punctual with positive attitude
  • Take pride in your work

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, willingness to learn and succeed and show up with a good attitude every day.
  • Have all your basic hand tools and power tools.
  • 0-5 years trade experience (trade experience determines team level assignment)

Essential Functions:

  • Arrive at job sites on-time
  • Layout all tools and necessary material for the day’s projects
  • Put away all tools and material at the end of the day.
  • Interact with customers, other team members and other trades in a professional and courteous manner
  • Conduct all work to the very best of your ability, as if it were your own home/business
  • Notify project Manager immediately if plan needs to be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Should be able to interpret basic blue prints and determine circuitry
  • Learn the NEC. Should have a basic knowledge of the NEC book
  • Utilize safety equipment and follow all safety regulations and guidelines
  • Maintain a neat and organized work environment
  • See that all tools and equipment are functioning properly at the beginning of shift
  • Report any issues to management
  • Be able to work independently once given direction on a minimum of a 2-hour task
