Commercial Projects

Catbird

Catbird is a six-story extended stay boutique hotel and event center located in the RINO district of Denver, CO. This new-construction build includes hotel rooms, meeting rooms, rooftop terrace bar, communal gatherings spaces, restaurant, and lobby. Extended stay rooms are outfitted with luxury lighting and drop-down projector screens and equipped with full kitchens, including a refrigerator, two-top burner, and convection oven/microwave.

Steamboat Ortho & Spine

Steamboat Orthopaedics & Spine Institute, a two-story tenant finish, medical facility located in Steamboat Springs, CO. Tenant finish includes lobby/reception areas, offices/exam rooms, locker room, two x-ray machines, and state of the art CT scanner.

5280 High School

5820 Highschool is a two-story education facility located in Denver, CO. The renovation project includes upgrading lighting and lighting controls in classrooms, hallways, and common areas. Provided power and outlets for new classrooms, science labs, offices, and auditorium.

Planet Fitness

Planet Fitness is a 25,380 sq foot, tenant finish, fitness facility located in Littleton, CO. The tenant finish includes new electrical service, and wiring for a main workout area, weight room, lobby, restrooms, locker rooms, tanning and massage beds, group fitness rooms, and yoga room.

Sushi Ronan

Sushi Ronan is one-story restaurant tenant finish in Denver, CO. The 1,980 square foot tenant finish includes a new kitchen, new kitchen equipment, dish washing station, 2 single occupant restrooms, drink bar, sushi bar, dining area, and all new electrical lighting system and distribution.
